The Living Day provides:

• A read-only view of your Google Calendar
• A shared daily view for families
• Visibility into who is part of each day’s events

The App is designed for awareness and presence, not task management.

3. Account Access

You access the App using a Google account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining access to that account
• Any activity carried out through it

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App unlawfully
• Attempt to access data not linked to your account
• Interfere with or disrupt the App
• Reverse engineer or misuse the service

5. Accuracy & Availability

The App displays data provided by Google Calendar.

We do not guarantee that:

• Calendar data will always be complete or accurate
• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free

The Living Day should not be relied upon as your sole scheduling system.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and design elements of The Living Day are owned by us or licensed to us.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are breached
• The service is discontinued

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the App, except where prohibited by law.
